Purpose:
Anchorage is a professional network for Alternative Provision leaders, educators, and business professionals. These Community Guidelines are designed to ensure that all members can engage safely, respectfully, and productively in discussions, forums, and live events.

Avoid discussing identifiable individuals or confidential cases in public forums.
Use anonymised examples when referencing real situations.

3. Forum and Discussion Rules

Stay on topic and contribute meaningfully to discussions.
Do not spam, advertise, or self-promote outside designated areas.
Respect differing opinions; debate ideas, not individuals.
Report inappropriate posts or behaviour to Anchorage support.

4. Live Events and Webinars

Sessions may be recorded for members only; participation implies consent.
Contributions, questions, and chat may be visible to other members.
Use professional language and maintain confidentiality when sharing examples.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Sharing

All resources, recordings, and templates are for member use only.
Do not redistribute, share, or upload Anchorage content externally.
Respect the intellectual property of other members and contributors.

6. Enforcement

Anchorage reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or revoke membership for members who violate these guidelines.
Repeated or severe breaches may result in permanent removal from the platform.
