Anchorage Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of Anchorage, a professional membership and networking service provided by Hold Fast Education Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering for membership or accessing our services, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to professionals working in education or related sectors.
Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Membership is limited to one account per individual.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

Membership fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are detailed at signup.
Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the cancellation process.
Members have the statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law (14 days for online purchases).
Refunds are handled as described at the time of signup. Partial or full refunds may be at our discretion.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate membership until the account is brought up to date.

3. Access to Services

Membership provides access to professional networking forums, events, resources, and other services described on our website.
Access is restricted to members only; sharing login credentials is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of breach of these T&Cs.

4. Community and Forum Conduct

Members must comply with the Anchorage Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.
Professional conduct is required at all times; members must respect confidentiality and avoid sharing sensitive organisational or personal information.
Inappropriate posts or behavior may be removed, and repeated breaches may result in membership termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including resources, templates, recordings, and materials, is the property of Hold Fast Education Ltd or its contributors.
Members may only use content for personal or internal professional purposes.
Redistribution, copying, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and for professional networking purposes.
We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken by members based on discussions, advice, or materials shared on the platform.
We do not guarantee professional advancement, networking outcomes, or any specific results.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
Members consent to communications, newsletters, and event updates as part of membership.
All data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR.

8. Live Events

Participation in live events or webinars implies consent to recording for members only.
Questions and chat contributions may be visible to other members.
Members must maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in all live sessions.

9. Termination of Membership

Membership may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, breach of these T&Cs, or inappropriate conduct.
Upon termination, members lose access to resources and forums. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these T&Cs from time to time.
Notice of changes will be provided to members, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
